I work with deep feelers, overthinkers, identity explorers, and those navigating grief, whether from death, caregiving, estrangement, or major life shifts. You deserve space to slow down, feel, and reconnect with the parts of you that got lost along the way.
Trauma Recovery & EMDR
Whether you’re processing big “T” or little “t” trauma, I offer a steady, compassionate space to do the work at your pace. I integrate EMDR and other body-aware approaches to support your healing without rushing or retraumatizing.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
When everything feels like too much, we slow things down. I help clients identify what's fueling their anxiety, learn to regulate their nervous systems, and build tools for navigating stress without shutting down or spiraling.
Perfectionism & Self-Compassion
I help clients untangle themselves from the pressure to be perfect so they can show up more fully as themselves. Together, we work on letting go of harsh inner critics and making room for self-kindness and imperfection.al well-being and quality of life.
